What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 2000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge is applicable to all orders under Rs. 2000. All orders under INR 500 are charged INR 50; orders under INR 1000 are charged INR 100, orders under INR 1500 are charged INR 150, and orders under INR 2000 are charged INR 200.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Your pot will be dispatched to you within 15 working days, subject to prior sales. From the time of shipment, it usually takes about 3-5 days for your order to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any major delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are dissatisfied with your VeggiePot purchases, you can request to return and refund them within 15 days from the date of delivery by writing to us at email@example.com. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return and can be returned.
How are returns processed?
Once you have made a return request, our team will contact you to confirm your return, and provide you with a shipping label. Please affix this label to your package and send your items back to the given address. Once received, the product(s) will be inspected by our quality control team. Once the product(s) pass quality control, a refund is initiated to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the same day of placing the order. Please email us on the same day of placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**VeggiePot reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
Your money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
My product has a manufacturing defect. What can I do?
If there is a manufacturing defect in the pot you have received, please request for an exchange by writing to our customer service team at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any exchanges, subject to availability. In case the same product that you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
